You can taste traditional recipes from Abruzzo. Entrées of cold cuts and cheeses, pickled accompanied by homemade bread and sausage bruschetta; first courses: “chitarra”, “tagliolini”, “timballo”, ravioli, polenta; soups: “tagliolini” pasta with beans and pork rinds, scrippelle 'mbusse, “stracciatella” (scrambled eggs with chicken soup), minestrone of legumes and vegetables and more; meat dishes: castrated and grilled lamb, roast and “cacio e ovo”, “mazzarelle”, “canzanese” turkey, gallotta, duck sauce, rabbit hunter, to end with homemade desserts.
